5. You pay per lead. No retainer and no ad spend of your own.

How leads are checked

Every lead carries texting consent, captured on the application itself, so your recruiters can text a driver who agreed to it. Screening happens where the driver applies, not after the lead reaches you. Applicants who don't match your criteria are filtered out at that point, so your team spends its time on drivers who fit.
